SPONSORSHIPS The New Horizon School began and continues to function on faith that God will touch the hearts of others to make our vision a reality. Each family pays a small portion of their child's education. We then seek scholarships through sponsors (referred to as "Sponsorships") to supplement the cost. A sponsorship is $420 per year per child or $35 a month. The funds cover the cost of school operations, student books, materials, staff, maintenance and snacks for those who cannot afford them. Sponsorships run from January through December…the children are in classes from February through November. We accept children on faith that God will provide sponsors for all children every year. Child Sponsorship Form If you would like to send a gift to your student(s) for Christmas or birthday(s), it is best if you don't rely on Paraguay's mail service since many packages get LOST!! It is better to send a modest money gift of $10-$20 for birthday or Christmas to Samaritan Hands Paraguay School earmarked for your child. The money will be put in a "Special Events" Fund for monthly birthday parties or El Dia del Nino...etc...so that all the children will benefit from your generosity.
 LA CERMA PROJECTLa CERMA Project (the Community, Education, Recreation, Music and Art project) has been designated as an Advance Project of the General Board of Global Ministries. Gifts to all our construction projects can be given through the Advance CGFA and we will receive 100% of your donation. Our Advance code # is 3021089. Gifts can be sent through the Advance in the following ways: - By Church Offering: Make your check payable to your local church. Write the name of the ministry (La CERMA Project) and the Advance code number (3021089) on the check. Drop your gift in any United Methodist offering plate or give your gift to the church treasurer so that your church and annual conference will get Advance credit
